Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our items can be returned or exchanged within the timeframe indicated below. Returned items are integrally refunded, excluding shipping and transportation costs.
1. Returning items bought from bkbarbados.comReturns will only be accepted for items mistakenly sold in a faulty condition (i.e. missing pages, printing defects, manufacturers defects) if reported to BK Barbados Services via email at bkbarbados@pm.me within 10 days of receipt.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item was purchased or received in the last 10 days.
• The item must be in the original condition in which it was received.
• The item along with the receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
• The item must not be altered in any way and must not show any signs of use.
• The price paid for the item was $100 (or equivalent in other currency) or more.
Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Shipping fees are not refunded.
• Transportation fees are not refunded.
• If you used PayPal to complete your order, the store will provide a
BK Barbados Gift Card or in-store credit.
If you received damaged or incorrect items, please notify us immediately for assistance.
